Abstract:
Taking early-maturation(‘Shiyuehongzicaitai’,’Xianghong No.2’,.Zaofeng hongcaitai’,.Jiuyuexiancaitai’),middle maturation(‘Erzaozihongyoucaitai’),late maturation(‘Yanzhihongcaitai’) and farm variety of seven varieties of Brassica campestris seeds as materials,the effects of salt stress on germination of Brassica campestris seeds and the chlorophyll content of the seedlings were studied,in order to provide support for the introduction and cultivation of Brassica campestris in Xinjiang Golden Triangle region.The results showed that 7 collected varieties had shown a certain degree of salt tolerance under salt stress.The strongest tolerance was ‘Zaofeng hongcaitai’ and ‘Shiyuehongzicaitai’.The chlorophyll content of ‘Zaofenghongcaitai’ was higher,the chlorophyll content of ‘Xianghong No.2’ was the lowest,the chlorophyll content difference of the other six varieties was not significant.
