Abstract:
Taking the tuber of Codonopsis convolvulacea var.vinciflora as material,the effect of different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate on radial growth of it were studied.The results showed that the Codonopsis convolvulacea var.vinciflora was fertilizer plant,2 000 mg/kg of potassium dihydrogen phosphate could significantly increase the growth of the underground rhizome;the meristematic reproductive capacity of big size tubers was lower than the small one,the fertilizer effect of potassium dihydrogen phosphate on small tubers was improved more obviously;loose soil was good for Codonopsis convolvulacea var.vinciflora,which could meristematic more small underground tubers in the strong light,good permeability and adequate moisture conditions.
