Abstract:
In order to analysis the alkaloids kinds and their contents in Sophora alopecuroides L and its ground dry section,the composition and contents changes of sophoridine,matrine,oxymatrine,sophocarpine,oxysophocarpine,aloperine in them were determined by HPLC,in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of Sophora alopecuroides L which is a medicinal plant with regional characteristics.The results showed that the contents of sophoridine,matrine,oxymatrine,sophocarpine and oxysophocarpine had significant difference in different medicinal parts of Sophora alopecuroides L.Its mass concentration and peak area showed a good linear relationship (R≥0.999) within the linear range,and the average recovery was 97.6%,98.2%,99.5%,96.4%,100.2%,RSD were 2.7%,1.9%,3.8%,0.91%,2.2%.
