Abstract:
Taking‘Huangzhonghuang’cut chrysanthemum as material,and citric acid as preservative solution,the preservation experiment of cut chrysanthemum on vase was studied,and the effect of different concentrations of CA treatment on vase quality and physiological characteristic were studied.The results showed that 50 and 100 mg/L CA treatment prolonged vase life of cut chrysanthemum.Especially,50 mg/L CA treatment increased flower diameter and fresh weight,enhanced contents of anthocyanin and chlorophyll,maintained the stability of the cell membrane.
