Abstract:
The contents of 6 trace elements and amino acid contents in Malachium aquaticum (L.)Fries,Sonchus arvensis and Salsola collina Pall were determined.The results showed that three kinds of edible wild herbs contained many essential trace elements and at least 17 kinds of amino acids,in which 7 kinds were essentiaamino acids except Trp.They were green health food of medicine and food dual purpose.
