Abstract:: The development of modern agriculture should depend on science and technology.The public welfare transformation of agricultural science and technology plays an important role in agricultural economic development and the agricultural modernization.Based on the systematic analysis of public welfare transformation agricultural science and technology in Hebei province，the existing problems in welfare transformation of agricultural science and technology were discussed from the scientific and technological contribution rate，results applicability，agricultural personnel’s quality，and finally some measures to speed up the transformation of agricultural science and technology public welfare were put forward.
