Abstract:
In order to study the pollen xenia effect of wolfberry,total of 7 wolfberry cultivars pollen，‘Ningqi No.1’，‘Ningqi No.2’，‘Ningqi No.3’，‘Ningqi No.7’， ‘Damaye’， ‘Xiaomaye’，‘No.0901’，were used for pollinating 3 cultivars，‘Ningqi No.1’，‘Ningqi No.3’，‘Ningqi No.7’，self pollinated as control.Its effect on fruit-setting rate and characters were observed.The results showed that the 3 test cultivars all showed xenia effect，but the ‘Ningqi No.3’ exhibited significantly.The xenia effect obviously appeared on fruit-setting rate，fruit size，fruit weight，polysaccharide content，except on fruit shape index.
