Abstract:
Resistance of different table grape cultivars to Plasmopara viticola were determined through indoor inoculation test and filed survey,in order to provide scientific basis for the breeding of resistant cultivars and the control in Gansu.The results showed that indoor inoculation test and filed survey were consistent.indoor inoculation test indicated ‘Jingya’ was the strongest to resistance of grape downy mildew,‘Riber’ and ‘Flame seedless’ were the most susceptive.From the disease time,there were some correlations,and the stronger was resistance,the later was disease.The field survey results showed that 34 table cultivars could be classified into 3 groups.The resistant cultivars were 16,including ‘Jingya’,et al;then ‘Red globe’,and other 9 cultivars belonged to susceptive cultivars.Other 8 cultivars including ‘Riber’ and ‘Jingxiu’ were high susceptive cultivars.
