Abstract:
Taking young leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni as explants,the effects of disinfection time and exogenous hormones on the survival rate,induction of in vitro shoot,growth and root formation were studied.The results showed that the optimum disinfection method was treated with 0.1%HgCl2 for 3 min;the optimum adventitious buds induction medium from leaves was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L CH (Casein Acid Hydrolysate) and the average induction rate was 80%;the optimum shoot growth medium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA+0.2 mg/L GA3+4.0 mg/L KT;the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IAA with rooting rate 100%.The tissue cultured plants obtained grew well and had high survival rate after transplanting,the optimum regeneration system of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni was found finally.
