Abstract:
Taking the leaves of aseptic seedling as explants，using MS as basic medium，the effect of different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators on tissue culture of blade callus，bud and root induction of Salvia miltiorrhiza were studied.The results showed that MS+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L 6-BA culture medium was suitable for blade of Salvia miltiorrhiza induce callus.MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L 6-BA medium was the optimum medium for callus differentiate bud.1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA was the optimum medum for root induction.It provided a theoretical basis for its industrial production.
