Abstract:: Taking yellow-white and pink 2 colors of frangipani as test materials，the changes of flavonoids，SOD，vitamin C，chlorophyll，protein，carbohydrate content in leaves,calyx,petals at different stages of frangipani trees were studied.The results showed that at different periods，it had different types and contents of matter；leaves at leaves period，the calyx at half open period，petal at bud stage,substrate content was the highest；petals of yellow-white flowers had various substances with high quantity，matter content in the leaves of pink flowers had various substraces with high quantity；frangipani trees leaves appeard neutral，flower weak showed acid.
