Abstract:
Taking mung bean as material,the effects of different concentrations (NAA 10-5,10-6 ,10-7,10-8 ,10-9mol/L) on seeding patterns and quality of mung bean sprouts were studied.The results showed that,on patterns,the growth of radicle was promoted by NAA of 10-6mol/L,the growth of hypocotyl was promoted by NAA of 10-8mol/L.On quality,the contents of protein were higher using water or NAA of 10-5 mol/L water but no NAA,the contents of protein and vitamin C were higher using NAA of 10-7mol/L.
