Analysis of the External Conditions for the Establishment of Vegetable Safety Traceability System from the Perspective of Consumer Buying Intentions
Traceability system is the effective way of vegetable quality and safety protection，and consumers are carrying out vegetable traceability system eventually promoters.From the perspective of consumers，taking the consumers of Shijiazhuang city as an example，the influence factors of Consumer Buying Intentions to Traceability of vegetables was analyzed using Logistic model.The results showed that quality and safety awareness，environmental concerns and the price of traceability of vegetables had significant impacts on buying intentions.Based on investigation and analysis，this paper explored the external conditions for the establishment of vegetable safety traceability system，including the establishment of the market access system，reduction of the circulation link，establishment of the quality control responsibility system etc.
