Abstract:
By analyzing soil samples from cultivated land,wasted land and wet land in Datong Qinghai,the soil physical properties,microbial population and types were studied.The results showed that the samples all belonged to partial alkaline.Organic matter content was cultivated land>wetland>wasteland.Total nitrogen content was cultivated land>wasteland>wetland.The number of soil microorganism in different structure was cultivated land>wetland>wasteland.The total number of microbes was cultivated land 105×104 in 1 g soil,wasteland 75×104 in 1 g soil,wetland 26×104 in 1 g soil.Most of the microbes were bacteria,actinomycete and fungi took second place.
