Taking five antibiotics (including tetracycline，rifabutin，oxytetracycline，chloramphenicol，erythromycin) as materials,the effect of different chemicals and application methods on cherry lethal yellowing were studied with injection and applying method.The results showed that the 500 μg/g rifabutin with applying achieved the best results，its effect was remarkable and lasting，and the control effect which was 54.55% after 30 days，superior to the other treatments.
