Abstract:
Taking Dendrobium candidum seedlings as the experimental material,the effect of illumination intensity under different temperature and humidity conditions on its photosynthetic rate were studied.The results showed that illumination intensity had little effect on the photosynthetic rate under the condition of low temperature and low humidity;when cultivated at low temperature and high humidity,the photosynthetic rate increased with light intensity increased,while at high temperature and low humidity,the photosynthetic rate increased when illumination intensity dropped.The net photosynthetic rate of Dendrobium candidum reached the maximum when it was cultivated at 20~25℃,80 percent humidity and with 240 μmol·m-2·s-1 of illumination intensity,which should be the optimal growth condition.
