Abstract:
Taking 62 pumpkin hybrid combinations as material,the field morbidity situation of viral disease and single melon weight and the soluble solid shape content of 62 pumpkin hybrid combinations were investigated and analyzed by variance analysis,in order to screen excellent germplasm resources of pumpkin which were resistant to virus disease and single fruit yield and soluble solid content were high.The results showed that the resistance of viral disease and the single melon weight and the soluble solid shape content of the different pumpkin hybrid combination were all different,the number of hybrid combination of high resistance to viral disease was 7 and the number of hybrid combination of resistance to viral disease was 25 and the number of hybrid combination of moderate resistance to viral disease was 21 and the number of susceptible hybrid combination was 9.The number of hybrid combination of single melon weight reaching 3 000 g was 21 and the number of hybrid combination of the single melon weight reaching 2 000~3 000 g was 30 and the number of hybrid combination of single melon weight lower than 2 000 g was 11.The number of hybrid combination of soluble solid shape content above 13 g was 6 and the number of hybrid combination of soluble solid shape content above 10 g was 40 and the number of hybrid combination of soluble solid shape content lower than 10 g was 16.
