Abstract:
Taking the new leaves of Sedum aizoon as explants，the rapid propagation in vitro of which was studied.The results showed that the optimal medium for callus induction was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L；the optimal medium for shoot induction was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L；the optimal medium for shoot proliferation was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L；the optimal medium for rooting was MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+AC 1.6 g/L.
