Abstract:: The greenbelt of five residential entrance in Hohhot were investigated，and combined with the landscape design of the basic theory.By three aspects configuration features plant species and ornamental characteristics were discourse for greening the station.Some problems of residential entrance-greenbelt like badly maintained，not rich in plant species，community structure etc.Then the planning and design of the residential entrance were discussed，in order to provide a useful reference for landscape design in Hohhot.
