Abstract:
Taking barnyard grass as test materials,Datura stramonium L,Sophora flavescensJuglans mandshurica Maxim and Coptis chinensis Franch of four Chinese medicine extracts for elixir,the effect of barnyard grass activity with different ratio concentration were studied.The results showed that the concentration of 1∶100 Juglans mandshurica Maxim extracts of plumule inhibitory action was the largest,the inhibition was 71.8%;the concentration of 1∶400 Coptis chinensis franch extracts of radicle inhibitory action was the least,the inhibition was 11.3%.Concentration of 1∶100 Sophora flavescens extracts of plumule inhibitory action was the largest,the inhibition was 74.4%;the concentration of 1∶400 Juglans mandshurica Maxim extracts of radicle the inhibition of the minimum,the inhibition was 42.3%.The concentration of 1∶100 Datura stramonium extracts reduced significantly the barnyard grass of soluble sugar and chlorophyll content.Four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extracts had certain inhibition to the activity of barnyard grass.
