Abstract:
Taking Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand-Mazz as material,the extraction process of scutellarin was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the most excellent technology was moderate ethanol concentration 80%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶2 and ultrasonic time 30 min.The RSD of precision and repeatability experiment were 0.19% and 2.46% respectively,and the recovery of standard addition was 99.88%.Therefore,the extraction technology which optimized by the orthogonal experimental was better repeatability and reliability.
