Abstract:
Taking the seeds of Dendrobium candidum Wall ex Lindl.as material,the effect of media with sucrose,hormones and hormone combinations of NAA (Naphthaleneacetic acid),IAA (3-indoleacetic acid) and IBA (3-indolebutyric acid) on growth of plantlets were studied.The results showed that the new roots of regenerated plantlets could be efficiently induced,and the development of stems and roots could be promoted on the basal medium with half of macronutrients and all the other micronutrients and organic nutrients of MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium,supplemented with 1.0 mg/L NAA,1.0 mg/L IAA and 2% sucrose.
