Abstract:
With Lycium ruth enicum seeds as materials，the effect of matrix on germination and effect of transplanting methods on growth were studied.The results showed that seeding in matrix were better than in soil on germination rate，germination energy and transplanting survival rate.Transplanting in matrix were better for growth after two months.The seeding could plant in open field after 90~120 d.
