Abstract:
Taking the stem segments of Radermachera sinica as material，the influence of different disinfection and different medium on the effect of one-step-seedling formation in vitro culture were studied.The results showed that the disinfection effect of explants in the medium of 0.05% HgCl2 2 min+0.05% HgCl2 5 min in one-step seedling formation in vitro culture of Radermachera sinica was the best，the seedling rate of explants in the medium of 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L was the best.
