Study on Reminder Tissue Culture of the Oriental Lily(PDF)

Abstract:: Taking the A1，A2，A3，A4，A5，A6，A7，A8，A9，A10 ten Oriental lily as test materials,with matrix culture，cutting and air culture at different levels of the scales，the effects of five indicators the average number of cabbage，the average number of roots，seed ball weight (g/100seeds)，hair root rate and the rate of cabbage were studied.The results showed that the five indicators of Oriental lily had very significantly difference by using different reproductions.Overall performance was that matrix cultivate was the best，the follows was cuttings and air culture was poor.The best location of scale propagation was external，central and internal in proper order.
