Abstract:
Taking Solanum nigrum Linn as experiment materials,the influence of different temperature on the growth indexes of Solanum nigrum Linn seedlings were studied.The results showed that in the circumstances of a 300 μmol·m-2·s-1 light intensity,Day/night temperature between 30℃/25℃ to 25℃/20℃ was beneficial to the growth of seedling;a relatively higher temperature(35℃/30℃)or a relatively lower temperature(20℃/15℃ to 15℃/10℃) could inhibit the height,thickness of trunk and area of leaves and also inhibit the accumulation of weight of the above earth part and dry substances.Besides,at a lower temperature the leaves of seedlings would become yellow and the seedlings were thin.
