Abstract:
Taking Fortunella crassifolia with delayed harvest as material,the effect of 0.5,1.5,2.5 mmol/L SA treatments and water treatment on the Fortunella crassifolia fruit quality and rot rate were studied at 4℃ and 25℃ for studying their effects on fruit storability of Fortunella crassifolia.The results showed that fruit storage at 4℃ could restrain the occurrence of rotten,delay the decrease of the fruit TSS content,reducing sugar content,total sugar content and VC content.There was no obvious changes on fruit quality caused by SA treatment
