Abstract:
With nine different walnut(Prunus miakoehne) from the Tibet as materials,the main measures which were the fruit of the wide,flat,vertical diameter and thick pulp and seed of the wide,flat and the longitudinal diameter of a total of indices of physical morphology were determined,and phenotypic characters of fruit and seed and its variability were studied.The results showed that,fruit phenotypic traits and fruit traits 6.62% to 9.54%,the variation coefficient of seed traits 7.27% to 10.35%,the variation coefficient of variance analysis of the fruit phenotypic traits P values were less than 0.05,seed width,flat  P  value was less than 0.05,it showed that the phenotypic traits of the seed were the main source of variation to prunus miakoehne.
