Abstract:
Taking long-stalk pear as material,fruit development index including fruit vertical diameter and transverse diameter,weight and bulk,the content of soluble solids and titratable acid,the stone cell size and the number of stone-cell groups and so on were detected through measuring in the field,acid-base titration and slice observation during the early stage of fruit development of long-stalk pear.The results showed that during 20~40 days after blossom both the fruit vertical diameter and transverse diameter gradually increased,but the fruit transverse diameter increased faster than the fruit vertical diameter,which resulted in the decrease of fruit shape index;fruit weight and bulk also increased during the stage,and fruit bulk increased slowly,while fruit weight increased obviously;the content of soluble solids showed the trends of increasing,titratable acid content declined gradually,and the ratio between content of soluble solids and titratable acid continuously increased;the vertical diameter and transverse diameter of stone cells in the pulp increased gradually along with fruit enlargement,but the number of stone cell group did not change prominently.
