Abstract:
Taking Coriandrum sativum L. as materials,the effect of aeroponics on the quality of Coriandrum sativum were studied using aeroponics method.The results showed that the content of vitamin C in coriander of aeroponics was 70.7 mg/100g,remarkably higher than substrate cultivation(37.8 mg/100g);contents of mineral elements Se 0.021 mg/g were remarkably higher than substrate cultivation(0.010 mg/g).Although content of amino acid was higher than substrate cultivation,there was no significant difference.
