Abstract:
Fieldtrialswerecarriedout,theeffectsofthebeneficialmicrobialagents,whichcontainactinomycetes,photosyntheticandothermicroorganisms,withdifferentlevelsofureaonnitrogenuptake,nitrogenuseefficiencyandyieldofgarlicwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthetreatmentsofapplyingmicrobialagentswithureacomparedtotraditionalnitrogenapplication,yields,nitrogenrecoveries,totalnitrogenweresignificantlyincreased.Thetreatmentsofmicrobialagentswithtotalconventionalureaandmicrobialagentswithhalfconventionalureawerehigherintotalnitrogenandnitrogenrecovery,lowerinnitrogenloss.Comparedtothetraditionalnitrogenapplication,thenitrogenrecoverywasincreasedby3.94%,2.03%.Besidesmicrobialagentswithtotalconventionalureatreatment,thegarlicyieldwasthehighestwhichwasabout1210kg/667m2,andcomparedtothetraditionalnitrogenapplication,theyieldincreasedby8.04%.
