Abstract:
Taking20batchesof Polyporusumbellatus(Pers.)Fries.collectedfromsomeprovincesandcitiesnationwideasmaterials,usingthe2010versionof‘ChinesePharmacopoeia’asareference,theroutinecheck,TLCandactiveingredientcontentsweredetermined,andthequalitystandardof P.umbellatus(Pers.)Fries.wasoptimizedinordertoprovideareferenceforit.Theresultsshowedthatthecontentsofactiveingredientcontents,moisture,ashandwater-solubleextractweredifferentbetweenthese20batchesofsamples;foramorecomprehensivemeasurementofthe Polyporusumbellatus(Pers.)Fries.quality,itwasproposedthatthecontentofacid-insolubleashshallnotexceed3.5%,water-solubleextractnotlessthan11.0%,Polyporus polysaccharidenotlessthan0.50%.
