Abstract:
Taking Ganodermalucidum asthematerial，theeffectofTaishan Ganodermalucidum’s fungusage，enzymeconcentration，enzymesolutiontime，enzymesolutiontemperature，enzymesolutionpH，osmoticpressurestabilizeronplasmasystemandtheregenerationwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatfungusagefor7days，withmannitolforosmoticpressurestabilizer，theenzymeconcentration2.0%，solublewallenzyme，pH6.0，undertheconditionoftheenzymesolution2.5hwastheoptimum;andinMYGmedium(0.6mol/Lsucroseforosmoticpressurestabilizer)，protoplastregenerationhadthehighestrate.
