Abstract:
Usingroutineparaffinsectioningmethod，theleafanatomystructuresindifferentpartsof10speciesofLycium Linn.werecomparedthroughmicroscope.TheresultsshowedthatthemajorityoftheleavesinLycium Linn.werestrip；therewasdiversityamongspeciesin LyciumLinn.aboutthedifferentiationbetweenpalisadetissueandspongytissueinmesophyll，mainlyfocusedonthelayersofpalisadetissueandthicknessofspongytissue.Theshapeofmidribandquantityofcrystalcellinitalsohaddiversityamongspeciesin Lycium Linn.
