Abstract:
Takingblackfungus‘Hei29’asmaterial，strawassubstrate，theeffectofstrawinsteadofwoodchipsasrawmaterialonthemyceliumgrowth，yieldandpollutionrateofblackfunguswerestudied，inordertoselectoptimalstrawamountforblackfunguscultivation.Theresultsshowedthatstrawinsteadofpartofsawdustwasfeasible；theproductionofblackfungusinformulation2(chips58%，straw20%，wheatbran20%，gypsum1%，glucose1%)wasclosetorecipe1(traditionalrecipe)，soformulation2wasscreenedforsuitableformulations.
