Abstract:
Taking Padusvirginiana leavespowderaftercleaning,drying,crushingandsievingasrawmaterial,theeffectofethanolconcentration,extractiontime,solid-liquidratio,temperatureontheextractionrateofflavonoidsinPadusvirginianaleaveswerestudied,andonthebasisofsinglefactorexperiment,theeffectofdifferentextractionconditionsontheextractionrateofflavonoidsin Padusvirginianaleaveswerestudiedusingresponsesurfaceexperiment.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimizationtechnologicalconditionsofextractionprocessofflavonoidsin Padusvirginiana leaveswere:ethanolconcentration70%,extractiontime80min,ratioofliquidtosolid40∶1mL/g,extractiontemperature60℃.
