Abstract:
WithPyrusRehd.cv.Huangguanasmaterial,theeffectofcalciumchloride,ozoneand1-methylcyclopropeneonfresh-keepingofitduringstoragewasstudied.Theresultsshowedthat yrusRehd.cv.Huangguanwith1%CaCl266mg/m33and1.92μL/L1-MCPtreatmentat25~27℃indoorstorage35d,thesolublesolidscontentwas11%,withsweetanddelicioustaste,andnobrownheart;thebrowningspotofpeelincidenceratewas9.9%.
