Abstract:
Takingwildnature Sapindusmukurossiasmaterial,thetotalsaponinewasextractedbytheultrasonicextraction,andtheoptimalconditionsweredeterminedbysinglefactorandorthogonalexperimentandusingoleanolicacidasthecontrol,thecontentsoftotal Sapindussaponine weremeasuredbyspectrophotometerofvanillin-aceticacid-perchloricacidsystematawavelengthof539nm.Onthebasis,usingwaterasasolventtoselectethebestformulaofthenewdetergentthroughexperimentation,anddetermineitsdecontaminationability.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalextractiontechnologywasasfollows:55%ethanol,theratioofmaterialtosolvent1∶40,ultrasonicextractingtime45min,ultrasonicextractionpower100W,theaveragecontentoftotalsaponineintheextractionwas19.40%underthiscondition.ThewashingliquidofSapindusmukurossi hadthefeaturesofgreen,environmentalprotection,environment friendlyandbetterwashingeffectundersolidliquidratioof1∶4.Soitwouldhavegreatpotentialofdevelopmentandutilization.
