Abstract:
Takingcottonseedinmushroomcultivationasmaterial,thespentmushroomsubstratefermentationproductwasusedasanewtypeofsoiladditivesincucumbercultivationraw,itspreventioneffectoncucumber Fusariumwiltwasstudiedinthispaper.Theresultsshowedthatinpotexperiment,thecontroleffecttocucumberFusarium wiltwasupto63.58%insoiladdingspentmushroomsubstratefermentation,andwassignificantlybetterthanthatof Trichoderma sppotheraddingmethods.Trichodermasppaddingasspentmushroomsubstratefermentationwaseasiertocolonizeinthecucumberrhizospherthanotheraddingmethods.Basedontheenzymeactivityassay,itwasfoundthatchitinaseandβ-1,3-glucanaseactivitysignificantlyincreased,andrespectivelyreachedthepeakvalueat6and9daysundertheinductionof Fusariumoxysporum
