Abstract:
Taking‘Zhenghuang3’cucumberasmaterial,theeffectofnativooncucumbergrowthwasstudiedbysoakingseedsandsprayingitonseedlingrespectively,whilefieldtrialwasalsoconductedtoevaluatethecontrolefficacyofnativotocucumberpowderymildew.Theresultsshowedthatnativohadagoodcontroleffectoncucumberpowderymildew,whileplantheight,rootlengthandincreaserateofstemdiameterweresignificantlowerthanthatofhexaconazoleafterseed-soakingtreatment.Rateofplantheightinhibitionwere15.62%and4.65%atcucumberseedlingandflorescenceperiodaftersprayingtreatmentwithconcentrationof60mg/L,whichweresignificantlylowerthanthatofhexaconazole.Thecontrolefficacieswere73.82%~84.26%infieldtrial,whichwasasgoodasthatofhexaconazolebutwashigherthanthatoftopsin-M.Thestudyshowedthatnativowassafetocucumberandefficacioustopowderymildew.Itcanbeusedasanalternativechemicaltocontrolcucumberpowderymildew.
