Abstract:
Taking126endophyticactinomycetesfromSophoraalopecuroidesL.inariddesertregionofNingxiaasmaterial,throughtransparentcirclemethod,studiedthefeatureofexcretingenzyme.Theresultsshowedthatthe71strainscouldproduceenzyme,accountingfor56.3%oftotalisolates,inwhich8strainswerethemostsignificantlyactive.Inthesestrains,NDZKDS73 andNDZKDS7strainsproducedthehighestactivityamylase,thetransparentcircleradiuswere24.62mmand19.12mm,respectively;FJYKDS5strainproducedthehighestactivityprotease,thetransparentcircleradiuswas16.94mm;FJYKDS11andBJGKDS2 strainsproducedthehighestactivitycellulase,transparentcircleradiuswere24.72mmand 22.40mm,respectively;FJJKDS2strainsproducedthehighestactivitychitinase,transparentcircleradiuswas17.76mm;NDZKDS24andNDZKDS20 strainsproducedhighestactivityglucanase,transparentcircleradiuswere12.06mmand 10.50mm,respectively.Bymorphologicalcharacteristicsand16SrRNAgenesequencesimilarityanalysis,7strainswereidentifiedas Streptomyces and1strainwere Nocardiopsis in8strains.
