Abstract:
Usingartificialsimulationofcoldtemperaturetreatment,thevariationsofrelativeconductivity,prolinecontent,andsolublesugarcontentinbranchesandleavesof Atriplexnummulariaweretestedandstudiedtodetermineitscoldresistancecharacteristics.Theresultsshowedthattherelativeconductivity,plasmamembranepermeability,prolinecontent,andsolublesugarcontentincreasedwiththedecreasingoftemperature,butitssproutingpercentagedecreased.TheLT 50of A.nummularia was-11.2℃calculatedwithLogisticequation.Sothecoldresistanceof A.nummularia wasworsethanthatofA.canescens.
