Abstract:
TakingthreespeciesofaquaticplantsScirpusvalidus,PotamogetonmaackianusandCeratophyllumdemersumastestmaterial,treatedbysewagethatinitialTNcontentswas10~10.5mg/L.Determinethedconductivity,MDAcontent,freeproline,solublesugarcontent,solubleproteincontentat30,60,90,120d,theresponsecharacteristicsofthreeplantsforsewagestresswasdiscussed.Theresultsshowedthattheplantsaccommodatethesewageenvironmentbyadjustingthepenetrationandinhibitingtheperoxidationofplasmamembranewhentheyconfrontsewagestress,andtherearedifferentresponsecharacteristicsofdifferentplants.Which,thefreeprolinecontentandsolublesugarcontentofScirpusvalidusrisingrapidlyineffectiveinhibitionoftheplasmamembraneperoxidationtoconfrontthesewagestress,andtheresistancetopollutionisbetterthantheotherplantsinthetest.
