Abstract:
Takingone-year-old Manglietiainsignis seedlingsasmaterial,theeffectsofdifferentgradientlowtemperatures(0,4,8,12,25℃(CK))onphysiologicalcharacteristicsofManglietiainsignisseedlingwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatunderlowtemperaturestress,thecellmembranepenetrabilityincreased,MDAprickedup,malondialdehydeaccumulatedmassively,PODactivity,freeprolineandthesolublesugarincreasedfirstandthendecreased.Manglietiainsignishadtheabilityofresistinglowtemperaturestresswhentheywereinthetemperaturebetween12℃and4℃.Andtheywouldbehurtwhentemperaturedecreasedto0℃.
