Abstract:
TakingTaihangwildleekandcultivationleekasmaterials,theprotein,theVitaminCandthesolublesugarcontentofthethreemainnutritionalqualitiesofwildleekandcultivationleekwerecompared.Theresultshowedthatnutritioncontentofwildleekandcultivationleekweredifferentinthesamepart:inpseudostem,sheathandleaf,thesolublesugarcontentofwildleekwashigherthantheothertwoelementsandtheproteincontentofcultivationleekwaslower.Thesamenutritioncontentofwildleekandcultivationleekweredifferentindifferentparts:theproteincontentwashigherintheleafofwildleek,andsolublesugarandvitaminCcontentwerehigherinthepseudostemofwildleek.
