Abstract:
aking one-year-old Coleus blumei  Benth as test material,the effects of different sandsoil proportion on growth of shoot cutting was studied.In this way,the best sand soil proportion was determined to meet the needs.The results showed that the treatment of 50% sand soil proportion was better than other treatments,and the growth indicators of the treatment of the chlorophyll content,plant height,stem diameter,number of rooting,rootshoot ratio,nitrogen content and the survival rate were higher than other treatments.The processing made the cuttings to maintain high growth,promoted the chlorophyll content,and enhanced the value of fruit.
