Abstract:
Taking new seeds of Cucurbita ficifolia Bauche as materials,the effect of different chemical treatments(10% hydrogen peroxide,concentrated sulfuric acid,10% potassium permanganate,10% sodium hydroxide,200 mg/L gibberellin) on germination rate were studied,the purpose of the test was to screen the suitable chemical for pharmaceutical production.The results showed that the germination rate of Cucurbita ficifolia Bauche seeds treated by 10% hydrogen peroxide was up to 93.33%,and it was significant different with water treated control,as well as others.It largely improved the germination rate,and was an ideal chemical.
