Abstract:
Taking 1-year-old stem segment of Vaccinium corymbosum as test materials, explants sterilizing,multiple shoot induction and multiplication culture were studied.The results showed that the optimum sterilizing condition was 70% alcohol for 30 s,0.1% HgCl2 for 30 min,by which more explants with higher proliferation rate were obtained.The adventitious bud induction medium were modified WPM+ZT 1.0 mg/L and the highest induction frequency reached 95%,with plumpness and heftiness of bud.The optimal culture medium of bud was modified WPM+ZT 0.5 mg/L,with the multiplication coefficient of 4.1.
