Abstract:
Taking the soil successive planting 8 years crop in organic farm of Nanjing Lishui Planck as object,the effects of application of different organic manure and organic manure combined with ‘Zhonghe’ II bio-fertilizer,‘NST’ high nitrogen bio-fertilizer,‘BIO’ anti-soil-borne disease efficient fertilizer on soil pH,organic matter,available phosphorus and soil effective potassium content under different temperature and moisture conditions were studied through indoor culture,so theoretical guidance could be provided for fertilize management of facilities vegetables in China.The results showed that after application of ‘Zhonghe’ bio-fertilizer combined with organic manure at 25℃,60% water condition,soil available potassium content reached the highest;the effect of application of ‘NST’ bio-fertilizer combined with organic manure at 25℃,75% water condition reached the best;application of ‘BIO’ bio-fertilizer combined with organic manure was more suitable for temperature and moisture,with the best culture condition 25℃,60% or 75% water condition.In production practice,‘NST’ and ‘BIO’ bio-fertilizer should be chosen in phosphorus deficiency soil,‘Zhonghe’ bio-fertilizer should be chosen if in need of potassium.
