Abstract:
Based on the ethanol extractions of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi flowers,the inhibition effect and the antibacterial activity on Fusarium oxysporum,Magnaporthe grisea,Penicillium digitatum,Botrytis cinerea and Venturia nashicola 5 kinds of plant pathogenic fungus were tested with Oxford cup method in different concentration extraction.The results showed that there were different degrees of inhibition effect of the ethanol extractions of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi flowers on the 5 kinds of fungus.With the extractions concentration increasing,the inhibition effects were strengthened,and then weakened when up to a certain value.In addition,the optimal extraction concentrations of Fusarium oxysporum,Magnaporthe grisea,Penicillium digitatum,Botrytis cinerea and Venturia nashicola were 0.1250,0.2500,0.2500,0.2500,and 0.5000 g/mL;and the minimum concentration to Botrytis cinerea  should be greater than 0.0625 g/mL.Therefore,there were broad development and utilization prospect of the ethanol extractions of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi flowers in inhibiting plant fungal disease,and could be used as a new type plant source bio-pesticide form.
